What to include in your email
- The fully executed contract with all addenda
- Property address and, if you have it, the folio or parcel number
- Buyer, seller, and both real estate agents' contact information
- Lender contact — loan officer or processor — if the purchase is financed
- Anything unusual: trust, entity, estate, divorce, short sale, or a tight closing date
A note on wire instructions
We never send or change wiring instructions by email. If you receive an email that appears to come from us with new or corrected wire details, do not act on it — call our office and verify by voice using a number you already have. Wire fraud in real estate is common and, once sent, funds are rarely recoverable.
